Avoid Wickedness.

Scripture advises us to keep away from evil, from wickedness, for God hates the wicked. “Do not set foot on the path of the wicked or walk in the way of evildoers, avoid it, do not travel on it; turn from it and go on your way, for they cannot rest until they do evil; they are robbed of sleep till they make someone stumble. They eat the bread of wickedness and drink the wine of violence, the path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day. But the way of the wicked is like deep darkness; they do not know what makes them stumble.” (Proverbs 4:14-19) (NIV)

When Eve saw that the tree was good for food, and looking at it was pleasant to her, and a tree to be desired to make her wise, she took of the fruit, and did eat, and gave some of it to her husband, and both sinned against God. (Genesis 3:6).

Brothers and sisters, when you have been touched by pain, it will make you wiser. Please listen to the wise, to those who have gone through what you are going through and stay away from evil doers, the liars, the wicked, and surrender all your problems, worries, concerns to God and wait patiently for Him.

Scriptures tells us, “A prudent man foresees the evil, and hides himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished. Please obey and believe God by faith, for He is our Loving Father, always remember the cross, for the cross is God’s love for you and me.

Do not enter the path of the wicked, nor go in the way of evil men, avoid it, do not go near, please turn away. Do not lie, nor be deceitful, please give the Holy Spirit a chance to transform you daily to be Christ-like.

The wicked do not sleep, they plan evil, how to hurt the innocent and those that are loving and caring. God who created the eyes, He sees, and He who created the ears, He hears. Please love and not hate, for wickedness and hate separates one from God. Do you want to be separated from God? From your loved ones?

Think about this for a moment and turn away from your evil, wicked and deceitful ways. “Be not deceived, for evil communications corrupt good manners.” (1 Corinthians 15:33) Be careful regarding the friends you keep.

Cling to the Lord, and do not let go. Amen!
