Brethren, Is God far away from us? Or is He nearby? Is He close to us? A Scholar, Blaise Pascal once said, “A very God and a very God, distance but very near to us.”
Please do not be discouraged in your prayers, you think God is not listening, but He is too far from you. No, He is not. In your difficulties, pain, sorrow, and disappointments you think God is not with you, and you think, and you wonder, is He close to me or is He far away and not listening to my prayers. You wonder and ask why?
The Eternal Father, The Only True God, One God, The Trinity of God, Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is not far from us? The mystery of the Trinity. Brothers and sisters, the secret of His heart He has revealed to us, who He is-Jesus Christ. “Do you pour your heart to God”? (Psalm 62:8) Or to your brother, sister, mother, father, or a friend?
The Father speaks to us not as enemies, but as sons and daughters because we have received the spirit of adoption that we cry out Abba Father.
God spoke to Moses in the burning bush, (Exodus 3:1-17) but in the New Testament, we are blessed because He speaks to us clearly and directly.
Please allow Him to take hold of your hands-a very loving Father who longs to have fellowship with us. (John 14:23) declares “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” John 17:21 tells us, Jesus prayed “that we may all be one; even as the Father is in Me, and I in Him, that we also may be in them, so that the world may believe that You sent Me.”
