Brothers and sisters, your enemies might be the ones from your own family, those whose desire is to hinder your progress, and to destroy you. Their hearts have become dull, and wicked, but you must focus on Jesus ask for Him to protect you. Please keep your dreams to yourself, ponder them in your hearts, it is between you and God.
Please read the story of Joseph in the book of Genesis 37.
Joseph had a dream and he decided to tell his brothers the dream, but his brothers hated him more because of the dream which the Lord revealed to him. Vv.24-28, “Joseph was thrown in a pit, and sold to the Ishmaelites who took him to Egypt as a slave” but God had others plans for him. (vv.31-35) His brothers told their father an animal destroyed Joseph.” What a heart.
God’s will in your life must surely come to pass, but to avoid any form of delay, please let all your dreams be pondered in your heart, “keep them to yourself” (Genesis 37:19-20)
Jacob and Esau had the same problem, the children, and grandchildren of Esau troubled Israel/Jacob after they crossed the Red Sea. Amalek is the son of Esau, Sier and Edom are the grand children of Esau. Hatred.
In the book of 2 Chronicles 20:1-23 “The people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Sier decided to trouble Judah, please keep in mind they are related. So, King Jehoshaphat prayed to the Lord and His prayers were answered. The Lord sent spirit of confusion among Judah’s enemies, for the people of Ammon and Moab stood against the inhabitants of Mount Sier to utterly destroy them. And when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Mount Seir, they helped to destroy themselves. The power of God, when you surrender to God, He will fight your battles and destroy your enemies, those whose desire is to hinder, hurt, and destroy you. Please cling unto the Lord, for He is a good Father.
