Gifts of The Spirit.

Same Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is the giver of gifts, brothers, and sisters, He knows what you and I can do. Apostle Paul advises us to desire spiritual gifts, as Christians we pray and ask the Holy Spirit to bless us with those good gifts.

If you know your gift or gifts, please stick to it and do not be angry over another brother’s gift because the Lord knows best. Can you honestly do what the other sister or brother does? Please do not offend the Lord. Romans 12:6-8 tells us, “Whatever your gift-focus on it.”

Yes, there is so much jealousy and anger in the Church, but how does the Lord feel about these situations? Not good.

Humility quenches the spirit of lust, most of us are proud and do not know it, but Scripture tells us “God hates pride and arrogance” (Proverbs 8:13) please kill it, your condescending ways, verbal abuse and much more. Please do not look down on others but love them as we are commanded to do. “Love is the end of the law.” (Romans 13:10).

Those with a hateful heart, God reaches out into their soul, and where there is darkness, God turns it around and shines His Light into that soul, transforming the individual radically from Saul to Paul, from a heart of hate to heart of love, from a heart of anger to a heart of peace, 360 degrees turnaround. Hallelujah!!

“There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines. (1 Corinthians 12:4-11) (NIV).

Please approach God with humility.

Jesus Christ, Son of the Most High God, have mercy on us.

Amen!
