Unconditional Love.

The love of Jesus is unconditional, for He laid down His life for the sheep. Christ redeemed us from one state to another, from an old life to a new life, from darkness to light.

Jesus gave His life for mankind because of how much He loves us, He is not expecting to receive anything back. It is extremely difficult for most individuals to accept the unconditional love Jesus offers.

Love that is so great,

Love that is so intense, and

Love that is so sweet.

The world teaches no one loves unconditionally, so one looks for the hidden payment, well, Jesus loves all mankind, immeasurable love.

To fully accept redemption, we must accept God’s unconditional love for us which is core identity of the Good Shepherd.

We must also love others unconditionally, wash each other’s feet and look out for each other. For example, the book of 1 Corinthians 10:24 tells us, Let no one seek his own, but each one the other’s well-being.” (NKJV). “Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.” (Philippians 2:4) (NKJV). “We were washed, but we were sanctified, but we were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.” (1 Corinthians 6:11) (NKJV).

Testimony:

I do know a sister who is married to a man that loved her conditionally, and she was blinded because he tricked her right from the beginning of their relationship. She was an excellent cook who cooks a variety of dishes and knows how to keep the house clean and tidy. After 35 years of marriage the energy level is different from when she was younger. The hatred and abuse started and will not stop, and he even got another woman who cooks for him, with other benefits, but the Lord paralyzed certain parts of his body. (The price of a deceitful man who loves conditionally).

Amen!
