The presence of GOD makes a big difference in our lives, the power of The Most High GOD. Jesus’ ministry was mainly about healing and deliverance because it is His will that we be healed.
It is written, “How GOD anointed Jesus of Nazareth with The Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for GOD was with Him.” Acts 10:38).
The importance of the presence of The Almighty GOD, for example, While Jesus was on earth He knew that GOD was with Him in everything He did, and He was always moved with compassion. The dead were raised, the lepers were cleansed, blind eyes restored, the mute spoke, deaf ears restored, people were delivered from unclean spirits and much more. For example, As Jesus entered the Synagogue in Capernaum on a Sabbath day, “there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, saying, “Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are—the Holy One of God!” But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!” And when the unclean spirit had convulsed him and cried out with a loud voice, he came out of him.” Mark 1:23-26) Jesus was anointed with The Holy Spirit and Power.
David knew that the presence of the LORD was with him, for that reason he could kill a bear and a lion with his hands. Was it David who killed the bear and lion or The LORD? He also killed Goliath with a sling. Was it truly the little stone or The LORD Almighty? David told Goliath I come against you in the name of The LORD of Israel. The LORD was also with David during his troubles with Saul, the LORD did not forsake him.
Another example that comes to mind is the three Hebrew boys. GOD was with them in the fairy furnace. (Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego) The Scripture tells us that “Look!” he answered, “I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of GOD.” Daniel 3:25). Hallelujah!
They escaped the fire because of The LORD’s presence. Hallelujah!!
The LORD was also with Daniel in the lion’s Den, the lions did not hurt Daniel. Daniel 6:10-23)
Joseph’s story is very familiar, his brothers threw him in a pit then later sold him to the Ishmaelites. He ended up in Pharaoh’s house, then became the governor of Egypt because the LORD was with him. What an amazing story. Genesis 41:1-57)
Do we truly know the benefits of the presence of the LORD in our lives? Please invite the LORD in your life, welcome The Holy Spirit, and be obedient to Him. Even though you have drifted away due to some reason, His hands are still stretched out towards you, waiting for you to return, to come back to Him, Your First True Love.
My story:
Whilst ministering in Bangalore, India, in the year 2019, I saw an Angel of the LORD in white clothing chopped-up a serpent, (monitoring spirit) for example, in 5 or more parts, and I saw his clothes soiled with blood. The Angel then looked at me as though saying, look at what I have done for you. (The presence of GOD was with me). All to the glory of GOD.
Again, in India The LORD woke me up at about 2am in the morning, and said, wake up and release fire because the devil has entered your room, as I turned and looked, the devil was by the wall ready to attack me, fire was released in accordance with GOD’s Word. Praise The LORD.
Another testimony is that The LORD destroyed a witch who came to my home, his hands and feet bound, and back shattered, then the police from the LORD picked up the witch and thrusted him out. Deuteronomy 33:27. “The eternal GOD is your Refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms; He will thrust out the enemy from before you, and will say, ‘Destroy!’.
