Brothers and sisters, we are the children of the Most-High God, the True Living God, we are required to be transformed, for example, our thoughts, minds and emotions renewed.
Paul, the Apostle of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ advices us to be holy because our body is the Temple of God. For it is written, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.”
God is holy, so as Christians, we are sanctified, because of the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed for us, buying us back from Satan’s territory. We are made holy, and set apart to God, so please receive your cleansing.
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is good, acceptable and perfect will of God.” (Romans 12:1-2)
There is a pressure to conform to the ways of life in this wicked dark wilderness that we live in, but as Christians, we must fix our eyes on Jesus and “Put on Jesus Christ so as not to lust the things of the flesh.” (Romans 13:14) Please brothers and sisters, “Be sober, be vigilant, praying always, for Satan our enemy goes around like a roaring Lion looking for whom he may devour.” (1 Peter 5:8)
My brothers and sisters, please “Put off concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lust and be renewed in the spirit of your mind and put on the new man which is created to God in true righteousness and holiness.” (Ephesians 4:22-24); 2nd Corinthians 5:17; Romans 8:9; John 6:63).
